Return/Refund Policy
You can return any purchased product within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order. We can provide a refund or exchange for another product, where the products being returned meets the following conditions:
- return or exchange is initiated within 14 days from the delivery of your order
- the product is not a change of mind
- the product shows no signs of use or damage (it is presents ‘as new’ in appearance)
- the product is unopened and in its original packaging
- the product being returned includes a customer name, copy of the order invoice/proof of purchase and product name-you would like to return or exchange
We reserve the right to not accept returns or exchange after product has been inspected.
Please keep in mind:
All returns must be authorised by YesShimmer before sending any product back to us. Please contact us via email to info@yesshimmer.com with your full name and invoice/proof details as well as the name of the product you would like to return/exchange. Once the product requested for refund/exchange has been received and inspected, we will send you confirmation email with rejection or acceptance of refund.
We will then respond with return instructions on how to process your return.
If return/refund is approved:
- shipping fees are paid by customer. YesShimmer is not held responsible for return postage costs.
- it is the responsibility of customer to track product sent for refund or exchange. YesShimmer does not guarantee or take responsibility if product is not delivered to us.
- refunds will be automatically processed to your original method of payment. Please keep in mind, processing times may vary. If you have not received your refund within 10 working days, please contact us at info@yesshimmer.com
- in case of exchange, shipping cost will be covered by the consumer.
Damaged products:
In the unlikely events:
- your order has been damaged on the way to you,
- you simply received an incorrect product or,
- it does not match the product description,
please email us at info@yesshimmer.com and we will help to get this sorted, for you, as quickly as possible.
