If you notice a mistake has been made, please notify us as soon as possible (at info@yesshimmer.com) to amend, as once parcel has been dispatched, order can not be redirected.
YesShimmer is not responsible for loss of parcel, due to incorrectly entered details.
Dispatch time:
We aim to have your order dispatched within 24h (business days) - of confirmation. Dispatch over public holiday, festivals etc. may take slightly longer.
Confirmation Emails:
After your order has been placed you will receive two, automatically sent, emails:
First: Confirmation email to notify that your order has been placed
Second: To notify you that your order has been shipped.
If you do not receive these emails, please check:
- that your email address has been correctly entered,
- check your junk/spam folders

Shipping to New Zealand
Standard: $9.95 (7-12 Business days from shipment date)
Express: $29.95 (5-8 Business days from shipment date)
